This lovely classic lady's head cameo is a vintage piece, hand carved in shell, and set in 14K karat yellow gold. It has both a pin at the back and a hinged bail which can be raised when you desire to wear it as a pendant, or lowered when you desire to wear it as a pin. Bail should fit up to a 2mm necklace. The brooch measures 43mm in height, including the bail by 30mm wide and has a c-lock closure.
